This development was partially completed to the skeleton stage for 7 villas and 3 bungalows which had been abandoned by the previous Developer.
The ten owners of the properties on this site formed a company to complete this project and Border Construction were selected as being the preferred contractor and a contract was signed for completion of all ten properties. Border Construction liased with all the owners some of which are present here in Cyprus and some residing in the UK.
The contract started with the retaining walls around the site and at the same time internal work ie windows/doors fitted, decorating, tiling, fitting of kitchens and sanitary ware commenced. Soon after was the supply and installation of water tanks and solar panels, drainage and bore holes were drilled and swimming pools excavated. Border Construction has worked closely with the Cyprus Government Authorities ie AHK (Electricity Board) and the Water Department as to the legal requirements.
Upon completion of the contract all houses were finished with graffiato, landscaped gardens and a mono-blocked road was put in place.
